The reason for the Word-Faith tag is because all this started with A Course in Miracles through Toronto Vineyard and spread through Word-Faith teachers as "holy laughter." It has progressed not in substance, but in denominations.
Tongues and all... they ask for power, because we know that's what Jesus was all about.
