The President of Iran was laughed at in his speech at Columbia today. He was applauded at the parts that were jabs at the administration or when he spoke of “peace and love,” which is the two most talked about things in the liberal community… that is, bashing Bush and talking about “peace and love.” However, the only time he was really truly laughed at was when he tries to deny a liberal position, homosexuality. He was laughed at because #1) everyone knows there are homosexuals in Iran, and #2), he attacked a liberal position (#2 is merely a commentary).

In fact, even after calling for new or more scholarship on the Holocaust, the bashing of our President, the outright lying about IAEA, the only time the audience "booed" was when he mentioned the gay issue. A weirdly - but typical - Liberal audience. Ahmadinejad may want to watch the below documentary and get back to us ion his statistics.
