Street Fights, Training, the Mind

The main idea behind this post is not a “theological one”… it is a life lesson. This martial arts youngster found himself in a fight with a “gang-banger,” or some kid who thought he was. The training in how to fight showed to be superior to another person who most likely squandered his time in a kitchen microwaving tacitos and drinking Thunderbird. Practice and training in not only the physical realm… but also the spiritual realm (the theistic worldview), which allows for basic principles of thought to “reform” the mind. The same goes for physically fighting as well as spiritually fighting.

As promised… here is the video:

Caution… HARSH LANGUAGE… A FIGHT IS ABOUT TO BREAK OUT, yes, a fight!!!! You will send your boys off to war but not allow them to stand up to bullies… this is a fight. Do you know what a fight is? In this case it is a guy who apparently tries to back out of a confrontation but due to the mentality of the “gang-banger” ends up having to defend his and his girls honor.

In other cases it is a person who will confront your child and push him (or her) to answer the premise "if a loving, all powerful God exists, why is their evil in the world." or, "can God make a rock so big that He cannot lift it?" How a bout a professor who says the Inquisitions are a blight wholly on Christianity, or priests are molesting children... therefore they do not believe Christianity is the true faith.

How do you train your kids to answer such things that make most lose their faith in college, as most lose their will when confronted by a bullies?

Training!! that's how!!
