These are The Best Beards & Moustaches in the World and they can all say that because they have each Won their Championship Titles in this years World Beard and Mustache Championships in Anchorage, Alaska on May 23rd 2009.

Gunnar Rosenquist from Gothenburg, Sweden, burst onto the international beard scene at the 2006 European Championships in Amberg, Germany, where he took third in the full beard natural category, traditionally the most competitive. At the 2007 worlds in Brighton, England 2007, where ABBA won the Eurovision SongContest in 1984, he succeeded in taking the silver medal performance in the same category. Gunnar is a peacelover and also a Master of Science in Computer Engineering. He lives in the woods near Gothenburg with his woman and his daughter.
Willi Chevalier Sigmaringen, Germany -- Sigmaringen Beard Club
With his superstyled partial beard which NPR's Robert Siegel once dubbed a "hair pretzel" Willi Chevalier practically owns the partial beard freestyle category. Indeed, Willi has won this category at all WBMC's in memory with the exception of the 2003 WBMC when he was on injured reserve following an unfortunate encounter with a power drill.
